- Nancy Anderson along with the
Run-N-Ridge website being
http://www.runningridge.com will upon
request and approval from Nancy Anderson
- post our customers "BANNER" with a url
hyperlink to that website from the
Run-N-Ridge puppy page at
http://www.runningridge.com/puppies.htm
- when that customer has puppies
available for sale that came from the
Run-N-Ridge bloodline and that customer
purchased the dam, sire or
- grandparent from Run-N-Ridge.
- Furthermore the price of the puppies
MUST be listed on the site with the
Harlequin Pinschers (*being of Merle,
Brindle and/or Piebald markings)
- being sold for no less than
$750.00 as "PET ONLY" and any
males MUST be already neutered at
the time of listing as 'PET ONLY'.
Any
- Harlequin Pinschers not altered must be
listed for no less than $1500.00.
Furthermore there must not be any ads on
the internet, newspaper or public
- domains for less than the above stated
prices from the Seller of a Customer Link.
- Furthermore the Parents must
already be HPA registered and the Customer
must give ALL buyers the HPA puppy papers
on every Harlequin
- Pinscher they sale. For
those sold as "PET ONLY" the Seller is to
acquire a legally signed "Pet Only"
Contract that clearly states that the dog
- is being sold as "Pet Only" and that if
it is one of male gender that the dog has
already been neutered. If it is of
female gender the contract is to
- clearly state that the dog is being
sold as a "PET ONLY" and is not to be used
for breeding or resold to any persons for
breeding purposes.
- Run-N-Ridge recommends that any females
being sold as "PET ONLY" only be allowed to
be picked up from a Veterinarian Office
after the
- procedure is completed.
- The contract furthermore must state on
"PET ONLY" sales that the HPA papers are to
be non-transferrable to any other party,
will not be
- used to dual register with any other
Registry, Association and/or Club under a
penalty of $5000.00 for failure to
abide by the contract and
- with a penalty of $2500.00 per puppy
produced from a dog sold as "PET ONLY" and
that you WILL enforce your contract.
- (*Note: HPA will not honor a "PET
ONLY" stamped Puppy Paper so it is up to
YOU the BREEDER and SELLER to be sure that
you have an
- enforceable contract. HPA will
however place on the Registration
Certificate itself that the dog has been
Spayed or Neutered if that is
- written/stamped on the Puppy Paper.
Be advised however that it is against HPA's
policies to falsify ANY paperwork so do not
put anything on the
- Paper that is NOT the ABSOLUTE TRUTH
that will jeopardize your good standing
with HPA.)
- Furthermore any Customer Link Seller
advertising available puppies as HPA
registered MUST have already applied
for the HPA papers at
- the time of publication.
Please note that ACR registration is NOT
HPA registration and will not qualify for
Customer Link Inclusion. Furthermore
- Nancy Anderson nor Run-N-Ridge will
include any Website Linked Banner that has
now or in the recent passed offered for
sale any Harlequin
- Pinscher puppies not of HPA status.
Furthermore any websites found to be
advertising any Harlequin Pinscher puppies
(*Brindle, Merle, Piebald)
- after being published on Run-N-Ridge
website without HPA recognition will be
permanently removed - this INCLUDES any
Brindle, Merle, and/or
- Piebald puppies being advertised as
Miniature Pinschers instead of Harlequin
Pinschers.
- Furthermore the person/breeder/seller
of the website requesting inclusion into
our Customer Link Database must include on
the website for
- which they are asking for inclusion, a
Banner link back to Run-N-Ridge. This
banner link must be displayed on the Puppy
Page(*s) of the requested
- inclusion website in a visible and
prominent manner. If the requested
inclusion website has more than 1 Puppy
page than the Run-N-Ridge
- banner with operable link back to
Run-N-Ridge's website must be placed on
each one of the Puppy Pages in the manner
stated above.
- In order to be eligible for Customer
Link Inclusion you MUST copy and
paste this Policy in it's entirety into an
email and include the wording exactly
- as follows:
- "I agree to adhere to the included
Customer Link Policy and am requesting
inclusion to the Run-N-Ridge Link database"
- Include:
- "Your Name
as
Electronic Signature, Address, Telephone
number - email address - URL - Banner".
- Disclaimer:
- Nancy Anderson nor Run-N-Ridge is
responsible for the morals, ethics or
behavior of any other Seller/Breeder.
Nancy Anderson nor Run-N-Ridge
- can be held responsible for the sale
and/or purchase of
any puppies other than our own.
- Nancy Anderson nor Run-N-Ridge is also not
responsible for the advertising, false or otherwise, of any
ads published by any other Seller/Breeder.
- Furthermore, Nancy Anderson nor Run-N-Ridge
does not personally endorse any of the listed
Websites, Kennels, Persons/Sellers/Breeders
or
- dogs. The links are provided as a
courtesy ONLY and are not paid advertisements,
referrals or a commitment in any way to the
ethics and/or
- morals of the party or the conditions
of their kennel, homes and or dogs nor the
health of any animal they have.

- Buyer Beware:
- We encourage all Buyers to only buy
from 'knowledgeable breeders' and those
they feel comfortable with after personally
speaking with them via
- phone or in person. Furthermore
we encourage all Buyers to only buy from
those who have MPS VI tested and have a
"CLEAR - NORMAL" result
- from at the very minimum the sire of
the puppy you are looking to purchase.
Furthermore we encourage all buyers to have
their dogs MPS
VI tested
- prior to breeding to be sure that you
will be producing 'non-affected' offspring.
We furthermore encourage all Buyers to be
sure that the HPA papers
- are available at the time of purchase
and are not 'promised' at a later date.
We furthermore encourage all Buyers to
purchase only Harlequin
- Pinschers from HPA stock with HPA
papers as these will be fully documented
with pedigrees unlike many that are on the
market today with no
- documentation and hardship registered
at best. (*Buyer beware - be advised
that while HPA can suspend/expel breeders
who have falsely
- guaranteed HPA papers they will NOT
issue papers that the Breeder themselves
have not requested as they see this as a
Civil matter so it is up to
- YOU THE BUYER to see that you get the
HPA papers thus the importance of only
dealing with honorable breeders.)

not accept any CKC (*Continental Kennel
Club - Walker, LA) for inclusion into the
HPA registry after
- March 1, 2010 so if your planning on or
have CKC dogs that you plan to use in the
HPA program it must be dual registered
through a specific
- process prior to March 1, 2010 or be
lost to the program forever.
