1. Buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within two (2) business days of receipt.   Buyer must send copy of the licensed veterinarian exam sheet to Seller within 5 days by certified mail.  Please keep your receipt(s) of all visits in a safe place for future reference.
2. In the event of the natural death or required euthanization of your pet due to genetic or hereditary disease not related to old age, Seller will replace the pet with another of equal or greater value.  Buyer is responsible for any and/or all shipping fees.
3. In the event of the death of your pet due to genetic or hereditary disease before the age of 5 years, Seller will issue a credit in the amount of 100% of the original cost of said Animal towards the purchase of a replacement pet.  Such credit shall be good for 90 days from date of death of the pet. A licensed veterinary statement is required as to the cause of death along with an autopsy report that supports the veterinary statement from Dr. Page in Tennessee or one of the major Veterinary Universities.
4. Buyer is responsible for the daily health care and maintenance of the pet, including all immunizations and minimum annual examinations after purchase, as well as providing necessary medication and follow-up treatments from veterinarian visits as recommended via veterinarian throughout the life of said animal.  This is required for our Life-Time Guarantee to remain in effect.
5. Buyer is responsible for the ACR registration of said animal and the cost of registration.  Registration is required within  12 weeks of purchase for Life-Time Guarantee to remain in effect.
6. Buyer is responsible to see that the animal is micro chipped within 2 days and the microchip number is to be placed on the original certificate of registration.  Once micro chipped all licensed veterinarian paperwork must have the microchip placed on it for proper I.D. of animal.
7. For the purpose of this Life-Time Guarantee, the value of the pet is limited to the original purchase price of the pet, not including shipping costs, crate, health certificate or other fees.
8. Buyer is responsible for the proper housing, proper feeding and proper watering of said animal as prescribed in the Animal Welfare Act.
9. In the event this Guarantee is exercised, the Buyer is responsible to see that the registration papers be returned to Seller with proper paperwork for transfer of ownership back to the Seller.  Guarantee will not be processed until all Paperwork is in Sellers hands.
10. Seller guarantees said animal itself during it's natural life-time.. The only exclusion is for the death of the pet due to Buyer’s negligence.
11. In the event of the death of the pet due to uncontrollable accident, Seller will issue a credit in the amount of 50% of the original price toward the purchase price of a replacement pet of equal or greater value. Credit must be used within 90 days of the pet’s death.
12. In the event of the death of the pet due to uncontrollable accident, a death certificate from a licensed veterinarian must be presented to Seller within five days of the accident by Certified Mail.
13. For the purpose of this Death Guarantee, the value of the pet is limited to the original purchase price of the pet, not including shipping costs, crate, health certificate or administrative fee.
14. In the event this guarantee is exercised, the registration papers, as outlined above, must be returned to the Seller at the time the claim is made along with any and all paperwork needed to transfer ownership back to the Seller.
15. In the event that the pet is ever lost or stolen during the first 5 years, Seller will issue a credit in the amount of 50% of the original price towards the purchase price of a replacement pet of equal or greater value. Such credit must be used within 90 days of the pet’s disappearance.
16. In the event that said animal is lost or stolen, the Buyer must advertise the lost pet in a major local newspaper for a period of two weeks starting twenty-four (24) hours after the loss. In addition, the Buyer must notify the police, Humane Society and Animal Control of the loss.  In addition Buyer must make every effort at their disposal to find said animal.
17. The Buyer must present to Seller copies of the Police, Humane Society and Animal Control reports, the advertisement and paid advertisement bill in order to exercise this Guarantee by Certified Mail.
18. For the purpose of this 5 year Lost/Stolen Guarantee, the value of the pet is limited to the original purchase price of the pet, not including shipping costs, crate, health certificate or administrative fee.
    
    IMMUNIZATIONS
     
19. In order to maintain the Guarantees outlined herein, the Buyer must have all annual immunizations done by a duly licensed veterinarian.
    
    IMPLIED WARRANTIES
     
20. Seller disclaims any and all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness.
    
    ALL SALES FINAL
     
21. The Seller will not accept any returns other than pursuant to the Guarantee and under those circumstances the Pet shall only be replaced with a pet of equal or greater value based on credit.
22. The Seller will however take back said animal at any time during it's lifetime for re-homing.  Under no circumstances will Buyer be given a credit toward another animal or any financial compensation.  Buyer is responsible for all transportation cost  to return said animal to Buyer and for any medical fees that may incur within 72 hours of Buyer regaining possession of said animal.

          NUTRITION

1. Animal shall be fed a Premium Quality Puppy Food with the main ingredient being a Meat Meal through it's first year of life .  After 1 year of age the dog is required to be fed a Premium Quality dog Food with the main ingredient being Meat.  Receipts of food purchases will be required when invoking this guarantee.

          VENUE AND JURISDICTION

1. Venue and jurisdiction for litigation arising out of or related to Run-N-Ridge LLC shall lie exclusively in Miller County, Arkansas.
   
   ADMINISTRATIVE FEE
    
2. If Buyer's pet has not yet been shipped, Seller shall assess an administrative fee of $250.00 if the customer decides to cancel their order within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, all sales are final, subject only to the Guarantee herein. This fee is to reimburse Seller for costs and expenses and overhead costs associated with the transaction and relisting.
   
   LIMITATIONS OF GUARANTEE
    
3. The Guarantees herein are non-transferable. The pet must be in good physical condition. No replacement will be given if the pet has been bred or develops hip dysplasia due to excessive weight gain resulting from the dog being neutered or spayed. No replacement will be given if said animal is overweight or has over-exercised or allowed to jump up and down from positions over 8 inches in height or allowed to beg placing undo stress on spinal cord.. No replacement will be given if the said animal was not micro chipped and registered, as outlined above.  Buyer must follow the Sellers recommended nutritional program, Buyer must retain all receipts for food and vet records to show adherence to this guarantee. Pets must not be over-exercised during their growth period, the first two years of life. Over-exercising is defined as follows: running with the dog or jumping the dog. All of the above-mentioned conditions must be met or all Guarantees will be void. A licensed veterinarian must do all laboratory verifications. Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from Seller.
4. Seller will not be responsible for veterinarian fees or shipping costs. Seller is not responsible for any and all veterinarian expenses accumulated on returned or replaced pet. Run-N-Ridge LLC sells pets for companion purposes only. No cash refunds. No credit refunds. A store credit, valid for 90 days, will be issued under the Guarantee. After 90 days, the store credit shall expire.
5. Transportation is arranged through third party carriers and sometimes there are delays for a variety of reasons including but not limited to weather, logistics, mechanical failure or other unforeseen events.  Thus, Seller shall not be responsible or liable directly or indirectly for any delays that may cause you inconvenience or financial loss.
6. This contract is not valid outside the United States, nor is the contract, or the Guarantee herein assignable.
7. Registration papers for all registered puppies may be sent by regular mail.  If the papers are lost, the Buyer is responsible for the cost of obtaining new papers. However, we will assist you by providing a copy of these papers. Please note: It can take up to 3 months to get registration papers.
8. Buyer is aware that the Contract/Guarantee/Warranty is for the initial purchase of said animal and does not encompass replacement animals.
9. This Agreement represents the total agreement between Seller and the buyer and no other terms or conditions shall be valid to this sale. Buyer agrees contract is with Run-N-Ridge LLC and will hold no other Parties, agents or Individuals liable.  The Buyer has read this agreement and agrees to the terms and conditions herein.

The purchaser acknowledges that he or she has read, understands and agrees to the terms of this document. No cash or credit card refunds.  A store credit, valid for 90 days, shall be issued upon the limitations stated herein. Buyer agrees to pay both parties legal fees should legal action be taken.
